I recommend choosing outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral colors, soft tones, and simple patterns photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you. Try to avoid large logos, busy patterns, or neon colors. Coordinating (not matching) outfits works best for groups—think complementary colors and layers. If you’re ever unsure, I’m happy to help you choose outfits before your session!
If weather conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll work together to reschedule your session at no additional cost. I always keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out ahead of time if changes are needed. Your comfort and the quality of your photos are my top priority, and I want to be sure we shoot in conditions that allow for the best results.
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery hosted on Lightfolio. You’ll receive a link and an access PIN once your gallery is ready. From there, you can easily view, download, and share your photos. You’re welcome to share your gallery link with family and friends so they can download images as well—no extra steps needed!
At this time, I accept cash or check only. Payment is due at the time of your session. For weddings, a $250 non-refundable down payment is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand that things come up and am happy to be flexible when possible; however, session time slots are limited. For weddings, the $250 non-refundable down payment secures your date and is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Most regular sessions are delivered within 24 hours. Weddings require more editing time, so full galleries are typically delivered within one week. For weddings, I’ll also provide a few sneak peeks within 24 hours so you can enjoy and share highlights right away.
